The Role

We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented and enthusiastic Senior Production Draftsperson to join our Drafting team for our volume brands, Sherridon Homes & Royston Homes, at our Ballarat office. This is a full-time, office-based role with working hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Review and check drawings while updating the checklist

• Amendments/Alterations as needed

• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders

• Knowledge of NCC, Victorian Rescode (Building Regulations) & SLHC a must.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 3+ years’ of local experience with a volume residential builder (essential)

• Proficiency in AutoCAD Software. Revit experience advantageous

• Current knowledge of all VIC building regulations & Australian standards

• Full Australian working rights
