SoHo Built is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale construction projects while developing your career, with a clear pathway into project management.

About the Role
As a Building Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our construction team through a variety of administrative and coordination tasks. You’ll work closely with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to help ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• General coordination and administrative duties

• Contract preparation and production

• Reconstruction ordering and tracking

• Client communication and correspondence

• Construction administration support

• Building permit applications and approvals

What We’re Looking For

• Strong organisational and time management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

• Experience in construction administration or a similar role in Australia (preferred)

• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
