We are going through huge growth in the Shepparton region. Sherridon Homes is currently seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator to join our supportive and dynamic team. With a new office under construction, this is the perfect time to join a growing team and be part of that journey.
This role will play a crucial role in taking care of our customers throughout the administration process of their build through to site start.
The Role
You will deliver an exceptional journey to our customers, building a home experience.
Working within a tight-knit and supportive team
Ability to establish strong networks with internal and external stakeholders
Utilizing technology, internal systems, industry knowledge, and software to deliver a seamless customer experience
Maintaining accurate data entry in line with the Customer Journey and Group policy and procedures
Supporting the Construction team to achieve a higher standard for our customers.
About You
You have a high emphasis on Customer Service
A caring/empathetic nature when dealing with clients and colleagues
Well developed communication skills
High level of personal presentation
Driven with a “Can Do” attitude
Strong attention to detail

Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications in the building industry are highly regarded
Highly developed computer literacy skills
Able to prioritize and handle a large workload
A strong work ethic and the ability to multitask
Strong written & verbal communication skills, including a professional phone manner
