This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales professional to join a fast-growing business and play a key role in developing and expanding our dual occupancy and development footprint across Victoria.

About the Role
As a Dual Occupancy New Homes Consultant, you will work closely with investors and owner-occupiers to provide tailored dual occupancy and multi-dwelling solutions. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, guiding clients through the sales process, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and manage new dual occupancy sales opportunities
Build strong relationships with investors, developers, and referral partners
Provide clients with tailored solutions to maximise land value and investment returns
Guide customers through the sales and pre-construction process
Work closely with internal teams including drafting, estimating, and operations
Maintain accurate records within CRM systems
Contribute to marketing initiatives and business growth strategies
Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
Skills & Experience
Proven sales experience in dual occupancy is essential
Strong understanding of dual occupancy, townhouse, or investment housing products
Ability to build strong client relationships and referral networks
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with a strong results-driven mindset
Strong organisational and time management skills
Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools
