From award-winning display homes and digital campaigns to major product launches and brand initiatives, we're looking for a talented Graphic Designer who can combine creativity with commercial thinking to produce exceptional work that delivers results.

Full Time | Position can be based out of Port Melbourne or Derrimut | 1 day WFH per week

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Brand Manager, you'll be responsible for producing high-quality creative assets across a diverse range of brands and marketing campaigns.

No two days are the same. One day you may be designing a premium brochure for a luxury home collection, the next creating social media campaigns, display signage, EDMs, digital advertising, or event collateral.

Working closely with Brand Managers and the wider Marketing team, you'll help deliver creative that not only looks great but supports lead generation, customer engagement, and business growth.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be responsible for:

• Designing creative assets across print and digital platforms

• Producing brochures, flyers, advertising, signage, social media graphics, EDMs, presentations, and campaign collateral

• Preparing artwork for print production and ensuring supplier specifications are met

• Maintaining brand consistency across multiple well-known brands

• Supporting marketing campaigns from concept through to execution

• Managing multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Maintaining organised artwork, templates, and shared design assets

• Proofing artwork to ensure exceptional quality and accuracy

• Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to deliver outstanding creative outcomes

About You

You'll be someone who enjoys balancing creativity with commercial outcomes and takes pride in producing polished, professional work.

Ideally, you'll bring:

• Previous experience as a Graphic Designer within an in-house marketing team or agency

• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop)

• Strong typography, layout, and visual communication skills

• Experience designing both digital and print collateral

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

• The ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach

• A proactive mindset with the confidence to take ownership of your work

Experience within residential construction, property, real estate, or retail marketing will be highly regarded, but isn't essential.
