Contract Administrator – Major Retirement Living Development
Location: Geelong
Brilley Co, part of Mirrastone, is looking for a Contract Administrator to join our Geelong team and work on ReGen, a major retirement village development in Waurn Ponds comprising 197 units to be delivered over the next four to five years.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their construction career. You do not need to be a highly experienced Contract Administrator. We are open to someone currently working as an Estimator, Construction Administrator, Contract Administrator, or an Accounts professional with construction industry experience who is ready for a new challenge.
The Role
Working closely with the project team, you will support the development's commercial and administrative requirements. Your responsibilities will include:
Maintaining accurate project records and document control
Assisting with variations, extensions of time and progress claims
Reviewing contracts and providing feedback on key requirements and risks
Preparing documentation for site, tendering and subcontractor engagement
Supporting project cost tracking, reporting and general commercial administration
Working with site teams, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers
Maintaining spreadsheets, registers and other project documentation
Ensuring project information is accurate, current and available when required
About You
You will be highly organised, comfortable working with detailed information and able to manage competing priorities in a busy project environment.
Ideally, you will bring:
Experience in construction administration, estimating, accounts payable, accounts receivable or a similar role
Construction industry experience, ideally within multi-residential, commercial or medium-density projects
Strong attention to detail and excellent document control skills
Advanced or highly capable Excel skills
An understanding of construction contracts and commercial documentation
Experience with variations, EOTs and progress claims, or a genuine willingness to learn
The ability to work under pressure and follow tasks through to completion
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
A current White Card
The ability to work full-time in Waurn Ponds / Geelong
