Masters Draftsperson

Please note, this is not an entry level role, it is not a role where we can train someone into, we are looking for someone who is at the top of their game already in Victoria.

You notice the detail others miss, understand how a home should come together, and take real pride in creating master drawings that make life easier for everyone who follows.

We’re looking for an experienced Masters Draftsperson from Victoria’s volume-building industry to help shape and improve the master files used across our brands.

You’ll work closely with our Head of Product, Design and Innovation to:

• Review and improve our master drawings

• Support our transition from AutoCAD to Revit

• Refine façades, construction details and stair designs

• Ensure compliance with NCC 2022, SLHC and ResCode

• Identify inconsistencies before they become problems

• Create smarter, more accurate and more efficient documentation

• Work across Detached and Semi-detached

This is more than maintaining drawings. You’ll have a genuine voice in how we improve our designs, systems and standards, with the opportunity to grow into a leadership role as the business continues to evolve.
