Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Service & Warranty Supervisor to join our team, servicing Melbourne's South East.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in residential construction who enjoys being out on the road, solving problems, building relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The Role

As a Service & Warranty Supervisor, you will take ownership of post construction service and warranty matters across your region, ensuring our customers continue to receive a high standard of support long after receiving the keys to their new home.

Key responsibilities include:

, Conducting new home service and warranty inspections across Melbourne's South East
, Identifying, assessing and resolving building defects and maintenance issues
, Taking ownership of service matters from initial inspection through to resolution
, Preparing detailed inspection reports and service requests
, Coordinating trades, suppliers and contractors to complete rectification works
, Providing technical advice and guidance to customers throughout the warranty process
, Building strong relationships with homeowners and delivering exceptional customer service
, Working closely with Service & Warranty Administrators, Technicians and internal stakeholders
, Managing warranty outcomes in line with company standards, VBA requirements and industry best practice
, Ensuring service requests are resolved efficiently and within agreed timeframes
, Maintaining accurate records and documentation throughout the warranty process

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

, Previous experience within a Service & Warranty, Maintenance, Site Supervision or Construction role in the residential building industry
, Strong understanding of residential construction methods and defect diagnosis
, Sound knowledge of VBA requirements, building regulations and industry standards
, Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
, Ability to manage customer expectations and navigate challenging situations professionally
, A practical and solutions focused approach
, Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
, Ability to work autonomously and manage your own region while contributing positively to a team environment
, Current Australian Driver's Licence

The following would be highly regarded:

, Certificate IV in Building and Construction
, Trade qualification within the construction industry
, Experience working within a volume home building environment
