Sales Consultant – Luxury Custom Homes

Working Days/Hours:- 5 days per week, including weekends and public holidays, 11 am - 5 pm
Please note: this role involves working every weekend and most public holidays, as this is when our clients are most actively looking to buy their dream home.
Additional hours may be required for industry events, meetings, and launches.

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Consultant to join our established and growing team. This role is ideal for a polished professional with a passion for architecture, design, and delivering an exceptional client experience from first enquiry through to contract.
About the Role
As a Sales Consultant, you will be the trusted advisor to clients embarking on their custom home journey. You will guide them through design, inclusions, pricing, and contract stages while building strong, long‑term relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing and converting qualified leads into signed contracts
Conducting client meetings and design briefings
Preparing accurate sales proposals
Liaising closely with design and estimating teams
Providing a premium, consultative sales experience aligned with our brand
Maintaining CRM records and pipeline reporting
About You
You are a confident, client‑focused sales professional with a strong understanding of residential construction and custom builds.
You will bring:
Proven experience in residential construction or custom home sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
A consultative sales approach with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously
High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability
Motivation to meet and exceed sales targets
Mandarin-speaking candidates will be highly regarded.
