Sales Associate – Luxury Custom Homes
Marque Property Group is a luxury home builder who prides itself on delivering exceptional homes for clients who want it all.
Location: Belmore
Working Days/Hours:- 4 days per week, including weekends and public holidays, 11 am - 5 pm
Please note: this role involves working every weekend and most public holidays, as this is when our clients are most actively looking to buy their dream home.
Additional hours may be required for industry events, meetings, and launches.

Our business is growing and so is our team. We are now looking to add another motivated Sales Associate to our already amazing team.
This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their career in residential construction and luxury home sales while working closely with experienced Sales Consultants.
About the Role
As a Sales Associate, you will support the sales team and play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience. You will assist with client enquiries, administrative support, and the early stages of the sales process, gaining valuable exposure to custom home design, estimating, and contracts.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting Sales Consultants with client enquiries and follow‑ups
Coordinating client appointments and maintaining CRM records
Liaising with internal teams
Providing professional and timely communication to prospective clients
Assisting with display homes, events, and client presentations as required
About You
You are organised, client‑focused, and eager to learn, with a genuine interest in luxury homes and construction.
You will bring:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and excellent time management
A proactive and positive attitude
Ability to work well in a team environment
Previous experience in sales, administration, real estate, or construction (preferred but not essential)
Desire to grow into a Sales Consultant role over time
Mandarin-speaking candidates will be highly regarded.
